JVC DVD/VCR Player

In my home we love watching movies and this Jvc player was a great purchase for our family!

I have purchased a number of JVC products in the past so the brand and performance is not the issue. Due to no direct connection to a cable box but instead with the In/Out wire connections' sadly I was not able to use the product and I had to return it.

i got this unit and it was hard to hook up...The DVD works great but the VCR either plays the tapes in high spend or play's them like they are out of track...I tried using the tracking but it seems not to work also.....Thought being a JVC it would be a...

Whiile I like the features and the clarity of picture, much to my surprise it would not just hook up to my tv. It requires a cable box and for this reason I do not rate this product highly. When I buy something I want to be able to take it from the box...

perfect space saver .... convenient for those times when you have video tapes and dvds lined up for that "time with the family"

I have had it for 10 days now....the picture clarity is good....controls a bit much....more than what I need....but it works.....nice addition for what I need....good to know that I can record vcr tapes to dvd....gonna work that soon.

thought it would be the perfect one, not compatible with either tv or cable box.....(son-in-law is cable installer so it wasn't my lack of knowledge).

This is a wonderful unit and ti is great to be able to play DVD's or VHS Tapes without having two differernt machines taking up valuable space in the entertainment center.

dvd section is great mainly wanted for the vcr section won't play or record on store bought tapes will only play bought movies or shows so i now just use the dvd section and still have to have my old vcr hooked up very disapointed
