Decent

 

I don't feel like I got a good deal but I don't feel like I got ripped off either. Other reviewers complain that the tray doesn't open enough. It opens fine. The flimsy tray is fine too, I just wouldn't recommend it for kids b/c they will break it.

Reads burned DVD. Nice display. Appropriate price.

The only knock is the cheap plastic construction. The tray is extremely flimsy.

Price is great and features plays all media usb disk and memory card plus various formats GREAT for extra room

not greatest of quality as long as it lasts a year i am happy

do not buy

 

terrible terrible product management by coby. i probably cant even give this thing away.

plays anything you put in it.

the dvd tray doesnt have enough power to knock open the door!! had to pry it open to let the tray out. i got coby on the phone and they said i'd have to ship it to them and pay $10 JUST FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT! avoid at all costs.

Broke in less than 60 days

 

Such a shame.... we were duped by a few good reviews up front.

Great price, worked well..... for about 58 days

Broke in less than 60 days.... we're trying to see if we can get a refund through the manufacturer since Newegg is only 30 days. :( It had a better rating when we purchased it than it does now that I'm leaving the review

wow, just stunned

 

im returning it ASAP

loads dual layer discs very fast, has a scan AND chapter seek feature and the price is low

the dvd tray doesnt come out!!! at all! i had to take my hand and pry the door open to get the tray to open. this is after i hit eject.

Cheap and Junky

 

I will attempt a manufacturers return or exchange as I am still within the 90 day window. We'll see hoe it goes.

Price is low. The only pro I've found.

Immediately upon setting up I noticed that in every movie I played, occasionally I would see some pixelating. I figured it wasn't too bad and for this price I would still keep the player. Now, two months into ownership it makes very loud and annoying...

Wonderful cheap player

 

The front panel was not even connected had to push it back in to connect.

Had no problems with it since I got it three months ago.

It very cheaply made you will know this the minute you pick it out of the box. One drop to the floor will be the kiss of death for this player.
