can be slow when scanning

Simple to install and easy to use good value for money

If paper is pushed in too hard , the machine jams easily. You must gently slide in until it hits the stop

Photocopier very helpful and easily operated

The Scanner has never worked despite many hours spent with local users. It seems my Tower is not adequate to cope being some 5years old

It is compact and efficient- just what is needed

Slow speed. Black ink cartridge finished very quickly despite not using much and it contains 10 or 15 mls of ink only so frequent change of cartridge and more cost.? poor quality cartridge.
