Royal VF1012mx Shredder

Looks like I can get a replacement by calling 1-800-222-2310 and ordering it, but if they offer replacements in metal, why use plastic in the original when it appears to be the across-the-board complaint?

I think this is an excellent product, use it pretty much every day, it is of excellent workmanship and quality

This Shredder is very nice i love it. But just be careful entering 20 pieces of paper all in one time, it can cause a problem with the Shredder. Overall, it is awesome shredder to have at home for any emergency!!!! I love it!!!

I shred a lot of papers and this one works great. I had one for probably 15 yrs or more and it finally gave out on me. This is smaller but just as good.
