Normally I don't hesitate buying refurbished but now i'm questioning that, if I have to pay to send it back etc there goes any savings on lower cost and no eco fee's . I just hope the seller is co operative.

Better than I expected performance during the first 4 months of using this Blu-ray/DVD player. Streaming Netflix etc. works great.

Contact distributor for RMA, and the second unit DOA. Returned again and requested to pay for shipping. Received shipping label and 3rd Blu-ray worked.

Terrible product from Toshiba, but for a $50 blu-ray player, smart people can see what may be coming. Only a 3 month warrant, and that is just unacceptable.

Mechanically loud during operation. Does not work with out remote. Very slow to eject disc. Don't waste your time and money on this.

This has to be the single worst purchase I have ever made. I cannot recommend this model. Functions are slow to respond if at all. The interface with Netflix is a joke at best.

Reviews pretty accurate. Remote response is slow and it does freeze every now and then (just unplug); but recent software update seems to make it more responsive. Wireless reception not as strong as my Powerbook; but perhaps that is to be expected at...

The unit can not be put on top of any other unit that generates heat. The video will not operate even though you get sound. No mention of this is in the instruction manual.
