Good voice quality

Battery chargers don't work reliably. Sometimes they work if you shake the phone. At times they don't work at all. Same issue with the charger on the base station too

Worked OK... for almost a year

Now the hassle and expense of boxing them up and sending them back for a warranty repair/replacement. They told me if they replace them it will be a refurbished set... not to thrilled about that.

The phones worked fine for about 11 months

At just over 11 months every phone developed bad static. To the point where you could not carry on a conversation that was understandable. I called their tech support and they say the base unit is bad. Thank goodness they are still coverd by their 1 year...
